Poised to transform how events are managed, experienced, and monetized, recently unveiled event tech innovations from LASSO, Conference AI, GlobalMeet, Personify, and RainFocus include new acquisitions, AI-powered solutions, and platform integrations designed to address key industry challenges.
Conference AI Introduces AI Agents
Created to address the common problem of missed content due to session conflicts at events, Conference AI has unveiled an AI-powered platform designed to capture and organize insights from live conference sessions in real-time.
Through this new platform, AI agents are deployed to attend, record, transcribe, and analyze spoken content, then organize it into an intuitive platform that provides attendees with summaries, actionable takeaways, and topic highlights while giving sponsors access to intent data directly from stage discussions.

Conference AI's Ellis Messian
“Attendees come to network and learn,” said Conference AI Co-Founder Ellis Messian. “Companies want to understand what their audience, competitors, and industry are saying—clearly and in an actionable way. We make sure nothing gets lost.”
Using advanced AI technologies including large language models, natural language processing, semantic analysis, and knowledge graphs to identify key topics and trends, the system also builds a connected view of industry trends, speakers, and ideas as more events use the platform.
According to Conference AI officials, the solution serves three key stakeholders: attendees gain access to insights from missed sessions; sponsors receive data-driven intelligence about companies and competitors; and organizers unlock new revenue streams through premium insights packages offered as add-ons.

“Security and ethical AI use are core to everything we’ve built,” said Matthew Matze, Conference AI co-founder and CTO, who emphasized the platform’s built-in security and strict data controls.
Conference AI made its official debut in May at the 2025 Marketplace Risk Management Conference in San Francisco, where it successfully partnered with the event to enable it to become the first to transform live sessions into a centralized, AI-powered insights hub.
According to Marketplace Risk officials, attendees packaged and shared key takeaways internally, business development teams used session content for targeted outreach, and organizers saw extended engagement and new revenue streams.
“We’ve always focused on delivering value beyond the in-person event,” said Max Pinnau, head of operations at Marketplace Risk. “Partnering with Conference AI keeps us at the cutting edge of conference technology. We [were] proud to be the first major event offering this level of intelligence and value to our attendees and sponsors.”

GlobalMeet Unveils Communications and Operational Resiliency Solution
Virtual and hybrid event technology provider GlobalMeet introduced CORE (Communications and Operational Resiliency), a new solution designed to maintain business communications during cloud outages, cybersecurity incidents, video platform degradation, or other communications disruptions.
CORE leverages GlobalMeet’s private cloud infrastructure to enable event teams to instantly launch secure webcasts and operator-assisted calls without requiring software downloads. Backed by 24/7 live support and built-in accessibility features such as captioning, transcription, and translation, the solution is available as either an annual service or a prepaid event option.

GlobalMeet's Trent Waterhouse
“As organizations are increasingly rethinking and reshaping their crisis communication plans to better align with the demands of geographically dispersed teams, GlobalMeet is making it easier for executive leadership teams, employees, and other stakeholders to communicate with customers, partners, and each other from anywhere in the world with an internet connection or plain old telephone service,” said GlobalMeet CMO Trent Waterhouse.
CORE includes comprehensive support features such as onboarding, planning, network testing, and presenter practice sessions. Besides incorporating captioning, transcription, and translation services to ensure regulatory compliance and accessibility in multiple languages, it features built-in reporting and analytics to capture attendee registration demographics, Q&A, polling results, peak viewing timeframes, collateral engagement, and teleconferencing participant information.
It also includes security features like single sign-on and CRM integration to ensure only invited participants can join webcasts.
RainFocus Adds Adobe Integration to Automate Event Management
Event marketing platform provider RainFocus has unveiled a new integration with Adobe Workfront Fusion that connects Workfront directly to the RainFocus platform to automate and simplify event setup processes.

Designed to address common challenges faced by marketers dealing with siloed meeting and event request forms, the integration enables event marketing teams to streamline event creation workflows by automatically creating events in RainFocus using approved Workfront requests.
Key benefits include eliminating repetitive data entry, reducing manual event setup processes, and streamlining coordination across project management, event platforms, and marketing automation systems.

RainFocus CEO JR Sherman
“Organizations are increasingly investing in micro-events to deliver highly personalized experiences that strengthen their customer relationships, underscoring a need for automated event lifecycle management,” said JR Sherman, CEO of RainFocus. “This solution is another step in our partnership with Adobe to further align event teams and sales and marketing teams for strategic event planning and execution.”
Teams can also leverage RainFocus’ Marketo integration to automatically clone specified Marketo Program Templates upon event creation for a complete field marketing events lifecycle.

Adobe's Stephen Ratpojanakul
“B2B companies are transforming events into a strategic marketing channel, reinforcing the need for innovative solutions that drive measurable results,” said Stephen Ratpojanakul, senior director, Digital Strategy Group at Adobe. “The RainFocus and Adobe Workfront Fusion integration has powerful use cases for field marketing events that eliminate manual processes for requesting meetings, enhance data accuracy, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate time to market.”
As an Adobe Technology Partner, RainFocus has launched additional data integration solutions with Adobe, including the Destination Connector and the Source Connector.
