Here’s our curated list of five takeaways for trade show organizers and suppliers:

  1. Continued Strong Growth Trajectory. The company overall reported 9.3% underlying revenue growth in the first five months of 2025, demonstrating sustained momentum following the company's double-digit growth in 2024.

  2. Pacing Ahead of Last Year. Informa, which owns TSNN, has already secured approximately 70% of its full-year target revenues through subscriptions, recurring exhibitor revenues, and forward-booked contracts, with bookings pacing ahead of the same period last year—a strong indicator of continued industry confidence.

  3. International Expansion Focus. Informa is leveraging its global reach into growth economies, particularly in IMEA (India, Middle East, Africa) markets where the company has established strong positions in Bahrain, Egypt, India, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and UAE.

  4. First-Party Data Strategy Paying Dividends. The update emphasizes first-party data as a cornerstone of its "growth platform," suggesting successful monetization of attendee and exhibitor data across its event portfolio.

  5. Organizational Alignment Under One Informa. The company continues to implement its 2025-2028 One Informa strategy to drive operational efficiencies. The four-year program is focused on enhancing data-led marketing and improving customer experience, as well as the group-wide deployment of AI tools. Informa recently rolled out Elysia, Informa’s personal AI assistant for colleagues.
